So there's different designs and anyone one you purchase helps fund the research of breast cancer.
It means alot that there's research for cancer because I had a few loved ones that past away from cancer, my aunt passed away from breast cancer and my mother passed away from brain cancer she had tumors.

Breast self-examination is optional but beneficial. Women who choose to self-examine should received instructions from their health providers.
Clinical breast examination every three years for women in their 20s and 30s, and annually for women who are 40 and older.
