It has many dishes for every to make it gives step by step directions on how to make the dish. It gives exact measurements for each ingredients, they have dessert dishes also I know I love the recipes I saw in the book and I can’t wait to start making different dishes.
As you can see it tells you the calories and other measures in the recipe and it tells you if it’s dairy free soy free and more and the dish looks good for breakfast.
